As the Creative Director at Acro Commerce, I am responsible for overseeing the design process and ensuring quality-of-work for both our internal marketing initiatives, and our client project deliverables, in Production.
My role involves division recruitment, hiring and onboarding, professional development, employee engagement and performance management, in a hybrid work environment.
I also serve as a member of the Production leadership team in the creation of strategic plans, workforce planning and direction of overall work environment.
I am responsible for providing a high level of diplomatic and professional communication with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including clients, staff and senior management. I am also accountable for reporting out to and advising executive and senior management on team and project performance metrics.
In this role, I still contribute as a UX/Creative Designer, supporting cross-functional Scrum teams, collaborating on project planning, prototyping and design deliverables, and providing ongoing support for complex e-commerce software development projects.

Senior UX/Creative Designer

As a Senior UX/Creative Designer, I am responsible for conducting user research, market analysis, and stakeholder interviews. I contribute to the project planning process, by developing project strategies, creating user personas, writing user stories, and developing information architecture diagrams.
I am responsible for prototyping user workflows and conducting UX audits to enhance e-commerce conversions and user experience.
I design high-fidelity user interfaces and create engaging digital assets including brand assets, infographics, and motion graphics. And I contribute to developing and maintaining design systems to ensure brand consistency and scalability.
I collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams as an active Production team member, balancing a multi-project workload, participating in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint goals, and effectively tracking progress in Jira.
